Prior to real estate, I spent many years selling software and staffing solutions. While successful with these endeavors, the satisfaction of closing a big sale never really hit home. Shaking hands with CEO's and CFOs after a closed transaction was a fleeting moment in time, lacking personal satisfaction and the sense of accomplishment. I never felt the personal connection nor the satisfaction of making a difference in the lives of my clients. Software and staffing were very impersonal types of sales transactions. I needed to feel that I was making a difference in people's lives and have a sense of purpose with my career. With real estate, each day is something new and I love meeting people and listening to their stories. I want to be the difference in this industry and not look at my clients as a "transaction" but see them as someone who is authoring a story in life and is giving me the opportunity to have a chapter. I want to help them, educate them, and see their eyes light up when they leave the closing with the keys! The previous paragraphs perfectly sum up the kind of agent I am, and the type of agent I continuously strive to be for my clients. I was taught at an early age that if you want something in life, you must work for it. So that's what I did. And I worked hard. I was raised in Smithfield, RI along with two siblings. As a child, I aspired to be a computer analyst. Never in a million years did I think I would stumble into the real estate industry, even though it did assume a spot in the back of my mind. But you can't always predict where or when you'll discover what you're meant to do in life. As the years went by, I worked my way from selling business forms and computer supplies to ERP software and then to staffing solutions, never wavering in my resolve to become the best version of myself with each career move. I entered the real estate industry 9 years ago when the urge to act on my interest in real estate was finally consuming my every thought. I set out to help my clients realize their dreams of home ownership. As my career advanced, I found my stride collaborating with buyers and sellers in Southern New England. I have experience working with first time home buyers, millennials, Gen Xers and with members of our greatest generation now looking to downsize. Throughout my career, I have earned numerous accolades, including Rookie of the Year – 2016, Platinum Sales Award - 2017, 2018, 2019, Diamond Sales Award - 2020, 2021, and a Two Diamond Sales Award in 2022 & 2023. I aim to provide the highest level of service to my clients and take deep pride in helping them achieve their real estate goals. I live in Coventry, RI with my wife Norma, sons Cory, Joe, and Ruby, our Shih Zhu puppy. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, spending time with my family and coaching baseball. I am looking forward to working with you and helping you fulfill your real estate goals.
